Also known as Brevard Masjid, our masjid was a small musallah located off of Courtney Parkway on Merritt Island Florida. Established in 2008, our musallah served different small cities around the area including Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Rockledge. AlhamdoliAllah, with the purchase of our new building and property on Merritt Island, the Masjid has welcomed thousands of guests over the years, and with your support we can continue to welcome everyone to the masjid.
Prayer Times
Please note that Friday Khutbah starts at 1:15pm and prayers at 1:45pm all year round.
About Us
The Brevard Masjid takes pride in helping out the local community, and to help provide services to the muslim community here in Merritt Island.
The Brevard Masjid is actively involved in conducting Dawah programs to Muslims and non-Muslims, and various programs for newly converts. We also offer counselling, and assist people financially and morally to help them stand on their feet in many cases. Masjid Al Furqan also conducts marriages, runs a funeral facility and provides many other programs to the community.
Masjid Alfurqan is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Federal Tax ID#: 23-1083570. All donations are tax deductible and eligible for Zakat as well.

A critical component of every Muslims journey is knowledge. We hold daily Fajr halavah’s in the masjid and would love for you to come by.

We are the only masjid in the Kennedy Space station area. The closest one being 28 miles away!

Special needs services is a neglected service that most masjids do not offer. Masjid Al Furqan understands how critical this is for not only our muslim community, but for humanity at large. We are here to help anyone that is in dire need of special needs services and are here to help you every step of the way.
